Pricing & Payment
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) for your convenience.
Standard Delivery charges are already included in the product price, ensuring there are no hidden costs when you place your order.
If you require Express Delivery, this will incur an additional fee, which we can confirm when you contact us directly by phone or email.
We strive to keep our pricing competitive and transparent. However, we reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without prior notice, to reflect changes in supplier costs or market conditions.
Accurate Delivery Information
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, we rely on the delivery information you provide to ensure your gift arrives at the right place, on time.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details when placing an order. Please double-check all recipient names, addresses, and contact information before submitting your order.
If an order needs to be resent due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, additional freight charges will apply to cover the cost of re-delivery.
For the best experience, we recommend confirming the recipient’s availability and address details before placing your order.
Accurate Delivery Information
Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), unless otherwise arranged. While we aim to meet preferred delivery times, Box Full Gifts & Hampers does not guarantee specific delivery dates. If you require a delivery outside standard hours or on a specific date, specialised freight services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Ordering times based on EST-Eastern Standard Time.
Deliveries to PO Boxes will attract an additional fee of $15 (inc GST).
Once an order is place with Box Full Gifts and Hampers, orders are dispatched in line with courier delivery timetables.
Once your order has been distributed Box Full Gifts and Hampers nominated carrier it becomes their responsibility. Box Full Gifts and Hampers are not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit.
If a recipient is not available to take delivery, gifts will be left in a safe place, as determined by our courier partners, on the premises. By ordering a gift, you acknowledge our authority to leave.
Box Full Gifts and Hampers can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the gift has been delivered.
Please note a re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect address is given. Gifts that are delivered successfully to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refunds.
Box Full Gifts and Hampers uses its nominated couriers for delivery of gifts, however any delivery time frames are an estimate only and you acknowledge and agree that delivery of gifts within the estimated time frame is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellations & Amendments
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate where possible.
Any cancellations or amendments to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel, amend, or offer a refund, due to the perishable and customised nature of our hampers.
We recommend contacting our team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. We’ll do our best to assist within the allowable time frame.
Damaged or Faulty Items
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every hamper to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Do not return any items without first contacting our customer service team.
Once you contact us, we’ll assess the issue, record the details, and provide an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Please note that any items approved for return must be received by us before replacements or refunds can be processed.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Product Substitution Policy
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, we aim to deliver every gift exactly as pictured and described on our website, ensuring a premium and thoughtful experience for your recipient.
However, on rare occasions, certain products may become unavailable due to seasonal changes or supplier shortages. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute any unavailable item with a similar product of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall quality, appearance, and impact of your hamper.
For bulk or corporate orders, we will make every effort to notify you in advance of any substitutions wherever possible, and we always take care to ensure the final result aligns with your expectations.
All substitutions are chosen thoughtfully to preserve the integrity and presentation of your hamper, so your gift still delivers a memorable and positive impression.
Complimentary Gift Card Message
Every Box Full Gifts & Hampers order includes a complimentary personalised gift card, allowing you to add a thoughtful touch to your hamper.
To ensure your message is printed accurately, please provide your gift message clearly at the time of ordering — either through the order form or by email.
Please note: We are not responsible for spelling errors or inaccuracies in the message if it was submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Alcohol Policy - Responsible Service of Alcohol
At Box Full Gifts & Hampers, we comply with all Australian laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcohol.
Hampers that include alcohol are only available for purchase and delivery to individuals aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order for a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that both you and the recipient are at least 18 years of age, and we reserve the right to request proof of age if required.
We are committed to the responsible service and delivery of alcohol as part of our premium gift hamper offerings.
