Book review - " What Clients Love"
My husband, Darren, gave me a book to read called: "What Clients Love - A Field Guide to Growing Your Business" by Harry Beckwith . The book provides the essentials of the importance of doing the little things right for your customers. That little things do matter in the art of keeping a fruitful and long term relationship with clients.
This book has a number of excellent ideas and tips on how to improve your business.
Two things that you can implement straight away are:
- When saying Thank You to your clients for their loyalty to your business, always personalise it in writing.
- That what clients love most is Comfort. Clients feel comfortable when you demonstrate:
* An Interest
* Integrity
* Clarity
* Passion
* Expertness
