Book review - " What Clients Love"


 

My husband, Darren, gave me a book to read called: "What Clients Love - A Field Guide to Growing Your Business" by Harry Beckwith .  The book provides the essentials of the importance of doing the little things right for your customers.  That little things do matter in the art of keeping a fruitful and long term relationship with clients.

 

This book has a number of excellent ideas and tips on how to improve your business.

Two things that you can implement straight away are:

 

  1. When saying Thank You to your clients for their loyalty to your business, always personalise it in writing.
  2. That what clients love most is Comfort.  Clients feel comfortable when you demonstrate:

* An Interest

* Integrity

* Clarity

* Passion

* Expertness
