- Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
- The prices quoted do not include delivery charge.
- Customers must ensure correct address details are provided. An additional delivery cost will be incurred for resend orders.

- Deliveries are made between business hours Monday to Friday, unless otherwise organized. Specialised freight will be at an additional cost.
- Cancellations or alterations must be made within 24 hours of ordering, or prior to shipping whichever come first.
- Box Full Gifts and Hampers endeavors to provide you with the gift or hamper as displayed on this website, however, Box Full gifts and hampers reserves the right to substitute a product in the event that it is unavailable.
- All gifts and hampers provided by Box Full Gifts and Hampers come with a complimentary gift card. Customers are required to send their gift message on our order form or via email to ensure correct spelling.
