Cancellation / Return Policy
If in the case that an order must be cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before delivery dispatch will be fully refunded.
Where an order has already been shipped or delivered, no refund is given.
Where an item is found to be of fault or damaged, it must be returned within 10 working days from receipt. Please contact Box Full Gifts and Hampers, prior to returning an item and we will evaluate the situation, record relevant details and provide a solution.
Returning and replacing Goods
Box full Gifts and Hampers must receive your returned item before sending a replacement or providing a solution.
