Office Hours
Office hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Victorian time).
Our office is closed on Public Holidays.
Orders placed after 12 noon Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning, unless prior agreement.
How to Order
Once you have carefully chosen the gift or hamper that you require, an order can be placed by clicking the order now button on the gift or hamper selected.
This will then take you to an automatic order form where all the details of the selected gift or hamper will be updated, (code, description, value).
You can then increase the quantity of the gifts or hampers required or add another gift or hamper to your order. The total will automatically update.
Once you have finalized your order, you can either send it via email or fax. If you require more information, just contact us, and we will help with any questions or needs you may have.
Once you have placed an order, someone from Box Full Gifts and Hampers will contact you to confirm the delivery amount and therefore the total amount due for payment.
If you have special requirements please contact us, as we can make hampers to order.
Payment Information
Payment must be received before the gift or hamper can be scheduled for delivery, unless other arrangements have been made.
An invoice will then be issued and payment expected to be made via direct debit or cheque. All details will be on the invoice.
Corporate and large business, can arrange to pay on an account basis, with a trading term agreement with Box Full Gifts and Hampers. Please contact Box Full Gifts and Hampers if you wish to do so.
